IGV GPAPΒΆ

An embedded version of the IGV Browser is available in GPAP. You can try it at this link: https://platform.rd-connect.eu/igvgpap/#/

An RD-Connect (or GPAP) user can request for a specific BAM file in EGA and a genomic interval to be visualized on the IGV viewer. This can be done by typing the information in a dedicated form and by clicking on the search button. Alternatively, the user can modify the URL parameter in the address bar in the browser.

The genomic data can be visualized only if permission was granted to the RD-Connect user group.
